On Monday, March 13th, 2017 at 6:18 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), users of the Smartsheet application would have experienced issues accessing the application.

Our engineers responded and discovered an error with the database, and the Smartsheet application's service was restored by 6:33 PM PDT. We have continued to monitor systems since this time and they have operated as expected.
