On November 7, 2016 at 11:25 AM Pacific Standard Time, customers using the Smartsheet application may have experienced application slowness or errors when attempting to load or save sheets.

Our Operations team discovered a condition causing network saturation and took action to reduce the load on the system at 11:33 AM Pacific Standard Time. The shutdown of these backend systems caused delays for Webhooks, Connectors (Jira and Salesforce integration), Resource Views, and updates.

At 11:47 AM our Operations team implemented a solution for the problem, and by 11:52 AM Pacific Standard Time we determined system status had returned to normal and we resumed operations for the suspended services. We have continued to monitor systems since this time and they have operated as expected.
