On December 19th at 5:00 PM Pacific time, users of the Smartsheet application may have experienced intermittent issues while trying to load Resource Views. Our operations team engaged and discovered a DNS misconfiguration causing the issue. The issues was resolved at 6:45 PM Pacific time and has performed as expected since.
