On November 22, 2016 at 06:36 AM Pacific Standard Time, webhooks that were triggered were determined to have a latent response. This backlog continued throughout the day, our teams investigated and determined this to be due to a configured setting not being respected.

By 11:09 PM Pacific Standard Time a solution for the problem was identified, and by 11:17 PM Pacific Standard Time we determined system status had returned to normal. We have continued to monitor systems since this time and they have operated as expected.

We have fixed an issue causing delays with Webhooks and Connectors services for Smartsheet. We are currently monitoring the Smartsheet application to make sure everything is operating normally.
