Investigating some customer reports of ODBC Authorization Failed Errors when using Live Data Connector
On May 8th 2024 we started to receive reports that the Live Data Connector was failing intermittently. Some users were unable to use ODBC to extract data from Smartsheet. At 12:29 pm PDT our engineers investigated an authorization issue with the feature. Our engineers were able to resolve the issue and the feature was fully functional by 2:21 pm PDT.
