As our systems scale to meet the growing demands of our customers, it is critical for Smartsheet to utilize industry best practices for achieving and delivering at scale. This requires using dynamic IP ranges. If you have set up firewall rules that rely on static IP for various web properties (app.smartsheet.com, api.smartsheet.com, publish.smartsheet.com, s.smartsheet.com, and mps.smartsheet.com), you will need to update your firewall rules immediately. Failure to do so will impact your users' Smartsheet access.
If this applies to your organization, you will need to update your firewall allow lists or take other actions if you have static IP allow lists for application access or API.
We anticipate that the application will be fully operational during this time.
