Starting at 5:32 a.m. PST, users reported errors attempting to use specific configurations of SAML SSO login. This was found to be related to an authentication change made earlier. That change was reverted, and full functionality was restored at 7:56 a.m. PST. Other login methods were not impacted by this issue.

This incident affected: Authentication and Sign In (Single Sign On ( Company Credentials ), Sign in via Microsoft Azure AD).
