At approximately 2:10 pm Pacific Time on September 15th, 2022, customers began reporting delays and failures opening Reports in Smartsheet. Our teams investigated the issue, identified it was due to a bug in an automated backend process. The team mitigated the issue in the backend process and customers were able to resume loading reports at approximately 2:45 pm Pacific, the same day.
