On February 8th at 6:55am PST, we observed an unusually high API usage volume of database-intensive actions that caused exhaustion of resources and resulted in customers being unable to reach the Smartsheet service. Our engineers identified the cause and were able to reroute traffic. The service returned to a normal state at 7:25am PST.
