On 9/14/22 from approximately 8AM to 8PM PST, a small portion of form submissions were delayed in populating their data into sheets. The issue was resolved at 8PM PST, and all delayed form submissions are now reflected in their sheets. No form submission data was lost.

This incident has been resolved.
Monitoring
The issue is resolved and form data is now populating into sheets. We expect all the delayed data to appear in sheets within roughly an hour.
Identified
We have identified the issue and are taking action to resolve. A small portion of form submissions are delayed in populating sheets. We expect all submissions to appear in their sheets once the issue is resolved. We will provide an update in 60 minutes.
Investigating
We are currently investigating some customer reports of form submissions that are not appearing in their sheets. We will provide an update in 60 minutes.
