On March 1st at approximately 2:35 pm PDT, Smartsheet detected a 30 minute delay with email and in-app notifications. In-app notifications recovered at approximately 3:30 pm PDT. Email notifications were seeing a 30 minute delay from 2:35 pm PDT until approximately 5:00 pm PDT. The email queue was fully drained at 5:09 pm PDT and no additional customer impact was observed.
