On January 14th at 1:50am Pacific the Smartsheet API and Single Sign-On service experienced issues that resulted in timeouts and/or intermittent availability. We have our teams engaged and are monitoring the continued health of the API service. The Smartsheet API Service was restored on January 14th at 3:38am Pacific.
