On February, 1st 1:30 am PST, there were initial reports of errors when accessing Smartsheet assets. The error appeared intermittently when users loaded or saved sheets, reports, dashboards, and automations as well as when running Bridge workflows or making API calls. Some errors could be ignored or retried to successfully load assets or save changes. Our engineers were able to identify the root cause and deploy a fix to resolve the issue at 7:55 am PST.
