On April 14, 2017 beginning at 07:43 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), users may have experienced delays with System Generated emails from Smartsheet. Our operations team was engaged and the issue was resolved at 8:50 AM PDT. We have continued to monitor our systems since that time and they have operated as expected.

We have solved the recent issue causing delays with system generated emails in Smartsheet. We are currently monitoring the Smartsheet application to make sure everything is operating normally.
