We have identified the cause, which appears to be an issue between backend network providers.
This has the potential to impact users on different Internet Service Providers networks. We recommend engaging your ISP’s support team.

Update
We are continuing to investigate reports of some customers not being able to sign in or load Smartsheet. This issue appears to be a networking issue between AT&T and AWS.
If you are using AT&T as your Internet Service Provider (ISP), we would recommend engaging their support team.
