On March 18th, 2021 at 16:30 PDT, a small number of customers encountered an error which caused Smartsheet to repeatedly prompt them to refresh their browser to get to the latest version of Smartsheet. If there were unsaved changes in the browser when the customer refreshed it, these changes were not saved. Our engineering teams identified 3 servers with incorrect configurations and removed them, correcting the problem.

A fix has been implemented and customers should no longer see repeated requests to update to a new version. We are monitoring to ensure continued stability of this fix.
