At 4:43 PM Smartsheet engineers made a change that resulted in the failure of outbound connections for the Smartsheet Connectors Platform. Our infrastructure team was notified and began to diagnose the issue, and at 5:54 the issue was mitigated and the functionality of the Smartsheet Connectors Platform was restored.
