On August 12th, 2023, at 3:31 PM PST, we observed an elevated rate of API errors which resulted in intermittent errors with WorkApps, the mobile app, Dynamic View, Control Center, Data Shuttle, Pivot, Calendar, DataMesh, Bridge, and the Connector apps.
After taking steps to mitigate the issues, a fix was deployed at approximately 5:01 PM PST, which resolved the issue. We are making improvements based on our learnings from the incident to avoid similar incidents in the future.
