We have been investigating an issue with emails not being delivered from Smartsheet. This is impacting all email types sent by Smartsheet including the following:
• One time access code for TOTP login emails.
• Emails generated by automated workflows.
• New account creation confirmation emails.
• Password reset emails.
• Recurring emails scheduled from a Smartsheet item.
Our team is fully engaged in addressing the situation. We will provide frequent updates until we reach a monitoring status.
