Earlier this afternoon at 12:45 Pacific Time, customers using SAML to log in received a failure page stating that an unexpected error had occurred during Single Sign-On. Operations was engaged at 1:10 and restored the SAML infrastructure by 1:26 Pacific Time. We have continued to monitor system health and are resolving the issue at this time.
