On July 20th, 2023 at 03:00 AM PDT, customers experienced a delay in adding data to Sheets (e.g. Forms, Conversations, Data Shuttle). No data was lost. The Smartsheet team worked internally to fix the issue. The issue was resolved at 06:11 AM PDT.
