On August 19th, 2021 between 02:15 PM and 03:04 PM PDT, some users were unable to access reports or dashboard widgets based on reports. At 03:04 PM impacted customers were once again able to load dashboards and reports and the incident was resolved.

The issue has been mitigated. Customers are once again able to load reports and dashboards successfully. We are monitoring to ensure continued stability of the reports service.
