Send as attachments and update request emails are caught up and being processed and delivered. We are currently monitoring the system to make sure everything is functioning normally.

Investigating
We're currently experiencing some delay issues with System Generated emails in Smartsheet, specifically Update requests and Send as Attachment. We're aware of the issue and are working to get it fixed right away. Thanks for your patience.
