On December 19th at 5:00 PM Pacific time, users of the Smartsheet application may have experienced intermittent issues while trying to load Resource Views. Our operations team engaged and discovered a DNS misconfiguration causing the issue. The issues was resolved at 6:45 PM Pacific time and has performed as expected since.

We're currently experiencing some technical issues with Resource Management in Smartsheet. We are aware of the issue and are working to get it fixed right away.
