On June 12th, 2023 at 7:59 AM PDT, some of the Smartsheet web application fleet became unresponsive. During that time, customers were unable to able to access the application. We did a rolling restart of our web application fleet and service was restored to full operation by 8:38 AM PDT. We are continuing to investigate what caused the downtime.
