Incident Report for Smartsheet

At approximately January 31st, 2024 at 11:47 pm PST there was a spike in load that resulted in Smartsheet users being unable to log into the application. Our engineers were able to identify a recent service release as the cause and restored our services February 1st, 2024 at 1:18 am PST
