Postmortem

At 8:55 AM PDT on July 16th, 2024, we began investigating customer reports of errors loading sheets and reports in the US Smartsheet region. The Engineering team identified the source of these problems as the residual effect of recovering from the incident on the previous day. They optimized this process to reduce the load on the service, restoring it to health by 5:20 PM PDT the same day.
