At 10:31 AM PDT, users of the Smartsheet Application may have experienced intermittent issues accessing the application and possibly failures when attempting to load or save certain sheets. Our engineers engaged and discovered a hardware failure. They worked to bring replacement hardware online and service was restored to the affected sheets by 11:04 AM PDT.

We've fixed the recent technical issue which caused intermittent login and sheet load failures. We are currently monitoring the Smartsheet application to make sure everything is operating normally.
