On June 13, 2017 at 3:54 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), a failover event caused a database error that prevented access to the Activity Log feature in Smartsheet. The Smartsheet operations teams was engaged and resolved the issue by 4:57 PM PDT. We have continued to monitor systems since this time and they have operated as expected

Our operations teams has fixed the recent issue affecting the Activity Log feature. We are currently monitoring the Smartsheet application to ensure everything is operating normally
