Postmortem

Around 04:00 AM PST on 3/7/2024 we received Customer reports about issues with Reporting, Dashboards, Admin Center, Workflows, and Notifications. Following further investigation, at 7:06 AM PST the engineering team discovered a scaling issue and refreshed the affected database, fixing the issue and restoring functionality. We continued to monitor all affected features until 8:39 AM PST when the incident was closed.
