On May 2, 2022 between 9:05 AM and 10:44 AM PST the Smartsheet application was experiencing intermittent failures to customer requests.

At 9:05am PDT we performed a routine deprecation of one of our internal servers. We believed prior to performing this maintenance that all traffic had been appropriately redirected to other servers. As part of this migration we found a small number of clients were still running an old configuration and were relying on this server. We mitigated this issue by restarting the deprecated server.

Monitoring
We received a few customer reports of intermittent errors when accessing Smartsheet. A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring for stability.
