Postmortem

On August 9th, at 2:00 am PDT, we started seeing errors in loading and saving sheets. We identified that there was excessive load on the system that was caused by a few sheets. We have taken the necessary steps to resolve this issue and are making improvements based on our learnings to avoid similar incidents in the future.
