On April 1st at 4:42 PM PDT, Smartsheet Document Builder was temporarily disabled so that we could perform emergency maintenance. During this time, documents could not be generated. The team fixed an issue and service was restored at 8:21 PM PDT. DocuSign users will need to reauthenticate to DocuSign before continuing use of Document Builder.
